Forensic Cash Flow Analysis™
Forensic
Cash Flow Analysis aims to predict the sustainable
Operating Cash Flow (sOCF), and subsequently the Free Cash Flow (FCF) and
future Liquidity of a company.
This
two day workshop is designed for a maximum of 20 participants, and is based
on USA GAAP and IAS 7 rules.
The workshop is highly interactive and imparts a
practical skill that participants can immediately utilise in their day to
day work.
It
begins with an introduction to traditional cash flow analysis, to ensure
that all participants have a good understanding of the basic concepts and
conventions.
Participants take away background information, the
examples, the work produced during the sessions, and a template to use
when analysing counterparties or their own companies in future.
The
Forensic Cash Flow Analysis Workshop can be presented in-house
for organisations wishing to train three to 20 employees, anywhere in
Europe.
General
Sessions open to anyone are organised from time to time.
The workshop held on April 23-24, 2007, in London, was sold out.
